With what might be the longest “Barefoot Brides’ March” in recorded history, William Lyons and Colleen Banet were married on May 12, 2007 in Carolina Beach, N.C., just east of the Atlantic Towers resort.
Aside from the usual wedding party, twenty or thirty were in attendance from their balcony and roared their approval at the end of the ceremony as the newlyweds kissed.
